In the UK orders usually take 1 - 4 business days from the day the order is dispatched through to receipt by the customer. Some areas of the UK Mainland can take longer, for example areas of the Highlands and some areas of Central London can take 3 - 4 working days due to location. In exceptional circumstances please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

For delivery outside the UK allow 7-10 business days for Delivery from the day of dispatch, although EU countries should expect there order in 4 - 5 working days.

DELIVERY CHARGES: UK

The UK shipping prices are for Mainland UK ONLY, this does not include Northern Ireland. We have now put Northern Ireland into the BFPO bracket. This is because as with BFPO Northern Ireland is standard Royal Mail service when under 2kg. Heavier items have to go with an International Airmail Courier Service which costs more.

Charges are calculated on the cost and overall packaged weight of your order: orders up to £5.00 - p&p £2.50, orders up to £15.00 - p&p £3.95, orders up to £30.00 - p&p £5.95, orders up to £45.00 - p&p £7.95. Your order will never cost more than £9.95 to deliver in the UK regardless of the weight or how much you order. All p&p costs are calculated and clearer shown when you reach the checkout so you know exactly how much you are paying.

Northern Ireland & BFPO Shipping Prices

BFPO are British Forces Postcodes, and if you have ever had to send something to someone stationed at a Army or Navy Barracks you will know what they are. They have slightly different postage prices to the UK. Northern Ireland now also falls into this category. Small items for Northern Ireland and BFPO are sent through Royal Mail, while larger items are sent through Parcel force with a special contract for BFPO.

Deliveries to the European Union and the USA

For orders delivered outside of the UK, we charge delivery on a sliding scale, dependant on order size. Please contact us for exact costs of delivery to your address.

RETURNS PROCEDURE:

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding any delivery charges within 7 days of delivery. This may only be done by first contacting us by email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
